Co-creating is a fascinating aspect of veil work — an endless source of wonder for me. Our loved ones who have died and the beings in the spiritual hierarchies have our best interest at heart and are eager to help us travel our spiritual path here on Earth. When we reconnect with them and follow the impulses we sense coming from them, our lives can take surprising, meaningful, and delightful turns.
There are primarily four ways of identifying when co-creation is about to happen:
*recognizing your interest in another,
*noticing a feeling that urges you in a particular direction,
*receiving an inspiring idea that does not seem to be yours,
*experiencing extra strength that enables you to complete a project.
Your nighttime practice of reviewing your day will help you to identify these moments in your life.
Our Loved Ones Who Have Died aren’t the only ones who want to develop a relationship with us. So do Angels. Just like you and I have certain jobs. Well, Angels have certain jobs too. And one of the jobs your Angel has is to inspire 3 important social ideals in you and your loved one who has died. The more we understand these social ideals the more we are able to infuse them into our reading selections and creative collaborations with our loved ones who have died.
1. Your Angel inspires you to demonstrate the ideal of the principle of brotherly and sisterly love. Simply stated our Angels want us to act with an awareness of our fellow human being. Their possible burdens and sorrows prevents us from being truly happy.
2. Your Angel inspires you to demonstrate the importance of religious freedom for humanity. What this looks like in every day life is: Within every human being is the Divine. Therefore every encounter we have with another human being is in itself a religious act, a sacrament. The words which often accompany the definition of sacrament include: grace, sacred, mysterious, significance. Powerful image.
3. Your Angel wants to inspire you to improved the capacity to lift the veil between you and the spiritual world through thinking. To experience the reality of the spirit in your thinking. Two questions that might help you consider this capacity are: (a) How does spirit work in my own thinking? (b) When thoughts come into my awareness — are they mine or can I perceive the spiritual being behind the thought? I know this might be a new concept to many of us. It is the practice of observing your thoughts in everyday life. You can also do this through meditation as well as thinking through to the spiritual essence of the things that we find in the material world.
As it is with our loved ones, the more conscious our relationship with the angelic world the more they are able to work with us especially as we engage our loved ones who have died.
Wonders At The Veil
The Reviews are coming in….
BIG thanks to all of you who have purchased Wonders At The Veil. Here are a few reviews:
Thank you for your beautiful book. It is such a gift to both worlds!
The two of you (reader is also crediting my daughter Lara) are bringing forth much light, love and consciousness to our world’s understanding of life, death and the veil between.I have been working my way through your book and must say it is opening new doors. It’s so gentle and well written and practical. I thank you and as you know, its not just helping me, but those other wonders at the veil.
Beautifully written! Enlightening, helpful guide sprinkled with beautiful and personal touches throughout.
Last night I heard the news that Dr. Viola Frymann died at 94 yrs old. A world-renown doctor who was also a mother. Dr. Frymann’s son, Paul, died in her arms as an infant. Her child’s death changed the course of her medical career and she turned towards specifically serving and healing children – especially those who had a difficult diagnosis.
I love and respect this woman deeply. So grateful for the love, respect and care she gave Lara, and all children. She actually had a concert pianist play as she would give Lara her cranial treatments. The pianist played Chopin often for Lara.
It also was a great blessing to have met so many extraordinary children and parents through this great physician and healer.
Here are three things that we can do for adults who have died:
*Think of a vivid memory that you had experienced with them infuse this memory picture with your love.
*Think of their special contribution that they gave to their loved ones as well
as the larger community and infuse this thought with love.
*Bring a vivid image of them in front of you and read a prayer, poem, or
spiritual material, which you feel would be appropriate to them, and read it to them. I prefer reading it aloud. But in silence is ok also. If you prefer to sing or play an instrument — that is lovely too. Infuse this activity with your love.
After we die one of the things we will be held accountable for in the spiritual world is if we utilized our gifts and talents appropriately while here on earth. I am pretty darn confident the spiritual world has received Dr. Frymann with open arms and saying: “Bravo! Well done! You have lived your life fully!”
Dr. Frymann, are an inspiration to me and I thank you.

Here are three spiritual practices that you can do every day to create a living, nourishing relationship with your loved one who has died.
1. Read Spiritual Material to your loved ones who have died, 5 to 30 minutes a day is perfect.
2. Practice Devotional Observation Exercises. Practice observing a child who has died and practice being observed by your adult loved one who has died. Not quite sure how to do this? Your invited to view the video that I will be releasing next week which will guide you through this practice.
3. Practice taking your loved one into your sleep. Before going to sleep, practice bringing a visual image of your loved one to your mind. Fill your image with feelings of love and gratitude for them and their gifts and talents they contributed to your life and others.
Now is the time in our spiritual evolution to create conscious, living relationships with loved ones who have died… EVERY day.

When a child or young adult dies they bring with them into the spiritual world the extra life forces that would have enabled them to live out a normal lifespan. Veil Work helps to direct those extra life forces into acts of Goodness.
A question that I frequently get asked is: why is it important to be of service to our loved ones who have died?
It is always important to know the ‘why’ behind what we do. Especially when it comes to your spiritual practice. In today’s video I will give you three reasons why it is important to include veil work, service to your loved one, in your spiritual practice.
Be brave. Even though there is a common belief that when our loved one dies they do their thing in the spiritual world and we do our thing in the physical world, now is the time in our spiritual evolution to lift the veil, include veil work in our spiritual practice, so that we may cultivate conscious, creative, living relationships with loved ones who have died.
After you watch the video, in the comment section below, I would love to hear why you think it is important to include veil work, being in service to your loved one who has died. Also, please ask me any specific questions that I could answer for you.
If you like this video then please give it a ‘like’ and share it with a friend who has lost a loved one or who has a spiritual practice.
How are you doing with your daily practice of reading spiritual materials to your loved one? A question I frequently get asked is: What verse, poem, or prayer should I open my spiritual reading practice with?
Whatever verse, poem, or poetry you choose you want it to contain specific elements which I will share in a moment. But first here are some practical ideas: choose a verse, poem, or prayer that was a favorite of your loved one, choose one of your favorites, or feel free to use the verse that I used way back In 1997 when I started reading to my daughter and other loved ones:
I gaze upon thee
In the spiritual world
In which thou art.May my love mitigate thy warmth,
May my love mitigate thy cold,
May it reach out to thee and help thee
To find thy way
Through spirit darkness
To spirit light.Upward to thee strive the love of my soul,
Upward to thee flow the stream of my love!
May they sustain thee,
May they enfold thee,
In heights of Hope
In spheres of Love.
– Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925)
Today, I utilize many different verses, poems and prayers however this verse still holds a special place in my heart and highly recommend it for opening your spiritual practice of reading several reasons. This verse immediately starts to create a bridge to the deceased using images that are evoked through the words contained within the verse. Also notice when you speak the verse how your heart starts to soften. This is what we strive for when we communicate with our loved ones — strong mental images and a heart that is open and soft; filled with loved and devotion towards them.
What verse, prayer or poem did you choose to open your reading practice with? I would love to hear from you. Post your verse below along with any comments or feel free to message or email me privately.
Stay brave and true to yourself on this path. Many will tell you to ‘move on’ with your life. Easing Grief is not about ‘moving on.’ Now is the time in the world’s spiritual evolution to have a conscious living relationship to those who have died. It is all about service and love.
Blessings, Lynn

Shortly after establishing my spiritual reading practice with my loved ones who had died, I received an impulse to pick up one of my daughter’s crayons and to color. The sound of the crayon across the paper was quite soothing and is still fresh in my memory.
My soul, my feeling life, became quite numb after my daughter’s death. Developing a spiritual relationship with color invited a kind of movement into my soul. And I also found the more I studied and experienced the spiritual nature of colors my relationship with my loved ones developed in a new way. Looking back it was another doorway which opened expanding my capacity to communicate with them. I know the impulse to explore color was a gift from them. Somehow they knew how much my soul would be nourished by color and the exploration of colors was an activity that we could participate in together.
Additionally it is helpful to know that the spiritual beings, particularly the Third Hierarchy – the Archai, Archangels, and Angels, are connected to color and your interest in color delights this spiritual hierarchy, as well as, your loved ones.
It is easy to start to cultivate this relationship to color. Begin to notice color in your life: in the clouds at sunrise or sunset, the flowers in your garden, or the eyes of your friend or lover. Where does color catch your attention? Check in and notice how you feel towards all the different colors that come to meet you in this day. How do these colors move your soul?
In the Easing Grief Home Study Program I speak to the specific colors and offer color exercises that support creating a living relationship with those who have died.
Now is the time in our evolution to develop a conscious, living relationship to our loved ones who have died. I hope you agree.
