Greetings!
Co-creating is a fascinating aspect of veil work — an endless source of wonder for me. Our loved ones who have died and the beings in the spiritual hierarchies have our best interest at heart and are eager to help us travel our spiritual path here on Earth. When we reconnect with them and follow the impulses we sense coming from them, our lives can take surprising, meaningful, and delightful turns.
There are primarily four ways of identifying when co-creation is about to happen:
*recognizing your interest in another,
*noticing a feeling that urges you in a particular direction,
*receiving an inspiring idea that does not seem to be yours,
*experiencing extra strength that enables you to complete a project.
Your nighttime practice of reviewing your day will help you to identify these moments in your life.
Love,
Lynn
All Soul’s Day is when we on earth honor and pray for those who have died. Appreciation is a wonderful way to honor and strengthen connection with our loved ones who have died. Here’s a simple process that takes less than five minutes.
*Bring your loved one who has died clearly into your mind and heart.
*Create a living picture of a Meaningful Memory in your mind and fill it with your love and gratitude and see yourself giving this memory to your loved one who has died.
*See your loved one receiving your memory and watch for their reaction.
You can add to this experience by saying a prayer your loved one enjoyed or reading a page or two from a spiritual book.
What is a Meaningful Memory? A Meaning Memory can include:
–What you are most grateful to your loved one for.
–A way your life is different today because your loved one was in it.
–Notable things your loved one said to you.
–Your loved one’s contribution to you, their family, work, the world.
You can use the same Meaningful Memory over and over to acknowledge the appreciation you have for your loved one.
Kind regards,
Lynn
Greetings Brave One!
Our Loved Ones Who Have Died aren’t the only ones who want to develop a relationship with us. So do Angels. Just like you and I have certain jobs. Well, Angels have certain jobs too. And one of the jobs your Angel has is to inspire 3 important social ideals in you and your loved one who has died. The more we understand these social ideals the more we are able to infuse them into our reading selections and creative collaborations with our loved ones who have died.
1. Your Angel inspires you to demonstrate the ideal of the principle of brotherly and sisterly love. Simply stated our Angels want us to act with an awareness of our fellow human being. Their possible burdens and sorrows prevents us from being truly happy.
2. Your Angel inspires you to demonstrate the importance of religious freedom for humanity. What this looks like in every day life is: Within every human being is the Divine. Therefore every encounter we have with another human being is in itself a religious act, a sacrament. The words which often accompany the definition of sacrament include: grace, sacred, mysterious, significance. Powerful image.
3. Your Angel wants to inspire you to improved the capacity to lift the veil between you and the spiritual world through thinking. To experience the reality of the spirit in your thinking. Two questions that might help you consider this capacity are: (a) How does spirit work in my own thinking? (b) When thoughts come into my awareness — are they mine or can I perceive the spiritual being behind the thought? I know this might be a new concept to many of us. It is the practice of observing your thoughts in everyday life. You can also do this through meditation as well as thinking through to the spiritual essence of the things that we find in the material world.
As it is with our loved ones, the more conscious our relationship with the angelic world the more they are able to work with us especially as we engage our loved ones who have died.
In order to dive deeper into understanding Angels check out Rudolf Steiner’s lecture: The Work of the Angel in our Astral Body, Zurich, 9 October 1918. It’s free and you can find it online at: http://wn.rsarchive.org/Lectures/19181009p01.html. This lecture is also found in a lecture collection titled: Angels by Rudolf Steiner. Hello Brave One,
Last March I committed to writing a book about being in service to loved ones who have died.It has taken me over a year to write, edit, and create the actual book. It is titled: Wonders At The Veil.

Bravo! Well done!
Viola M. Frymann, DO FAAO FCA
1921-2016
Last night I heard the news that Dr. Viola Frymann died at 94 yrs old. A world-renown doctor who was also a mother. Dr. Frymann’s son, Paul, died in her arms as an infant. Her child’s death changed the course of her medical career and she turned towards specifically serving and healing children – especially those who had a difficult diagnosis.
I love and respect this woman deeply. So grateful for the love, respect and care she gave Lara, and all children. She actually had a concert pianist play as she would give Lara her cranial treatments. The pianist played Chopin often for Lara.
It also was a great blessing to have met so many extraordinary children and parents through this great physician and healer.
Here are three things that we can do for adults who have died:
*Think of a vivid memory that you had experienced with them infuse this memory picture with your love.
*Think of their special contribution that they gave to their loved ones as well
as the larger community and infuse this thought with love.
*Bring a vivid image of them in front of you and read a prayer, poem, or
spiritual material, which you feel would be appropriate to them, and read it to them. I prefer reading it aloud. But in silence is ok also. If you prefer to sing or play an instrument — that is lovely too. Infuse this activity with your love.
After we die one of the things we will be held accountable for in the spiritual world is if we utilized our gifts and talents appropriately while here on earth. I am pretty darn confident the spiritual world has received Dr. Frymann with open arms and saying: “Bravo! Well done! You have lived your life fully!”
Dr. Frymann, are an inspiration to me and I thank you.
Love,
Lynn

Now is the time in our spiritual evolution
to make EVERY day “All Souls’ Day”
November 2, 2015
Hello Brave One!
Here are three spiritual practices that you can do every day to create a living, nourishing relationship with your loved one who has died.
1. Read Spiritual Material to your loved ones who have died, 5 to 30 minutes a day is perfect.
2. Practice Devotional Observation Exercises. Practice observing a child who has died and practice being observed by your adult loved one who has died. Not quite sure how to do this? Your invited to view the video that I will be releasing next week which will guide you through this practice.
3. Practice taking your loved one into your sleep. Before going to sleep, practice bringing a visual image of your loved one to your mind. Fill your image with feelings of love and gratitude for them and their gifts and talents they contributed to your life and others.
Now is the time in our spiritual evolution to create conscious, living relationships with loved ones who have died… EVERY day.

Lynn

Extra Life Forces
Hello Brave One,
When a child or young adult dies they bring with them into the spiritual world the extra life forces that would have enabled them to live out a normal lifespan. Veil Work helps to direct those extra life forces into acts of Goodness.
